thousands of years as an essential part of a balanced nutritious and varied
diet.
We grow several varieties of native foods at
"PheonixPark", one
of the original trial plantations of bushfoods in our region. The plantation
has over 300 lemon myrtle trees, 100 Aniseed myrtle trees, Riberries, Lilly
Pillys, Davidson Plums, Tamarinds, Almonds, Finger Limes, Doojah, Beach
Cherries, Rainforest mint, and more. We source locally grown fresh ingredients, and
take advantage of the magnificent coastal and rainforest envioronments that the
northern rivers region of NSW has to offer. We have a love of nature and see
Australian native foods as viablesustainable farming alternatives
that all Australians should be taking a lot more notice of.
